MOHD RUSTAM ROSHANDIN
Born and raised in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mohd Rustam Bin Roshandin is the son of Tuan Haji Roshandin Bin Ramjandin and Sharifah Tijah Binti Tengku Syed Mohamad. After graduating from high school while pursuing a Diploma in Business Management, he has started to tame in the ‘Retail’ business on a small scale in shopping malls, carnivals and Expo throughout Malaysia. With the business results that provide encouraging returns, the idea has emerged to create an entertainment concept Bazaar with a systematic structure and management.
In 2005, the proposal was well received by Kuala Lumpur City Hall as the Local Authority and began a new era of shopping while entertaining at night. Being the youngest CEO and President at the age of 22, he faced various challenges to realize all the plans. Alhamdulillah, in just 2 years, 1000 lots were successfully filled at one time consisting of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME).
Apart from the main project of KLDowntown Night Market, Cheras which has been operating for 10 years, the company has also implemented the Sukma Melaka Carnival Project in 2010, Downtown Bukit Dukong, Kajang in 2009-2010, KLCarnival Bukit Jalil in 2017-2018, Bazaar Ramadhan and Aidilfitri all over the country.
KLDowntown Night Market Sdn Bhd was recognized as a ‘Social Enterprise’ company in 2007 and gained various successes and recognitions locally and internationally.
With a long -term vision and mission, Toyyibah Group of Companies was established in 2015 to explore various branches of industries such as construction, mining, agriculture and development that must implement a business model based on ‘Social Enterprise’.

KLDowntown Night Market is a ‘Social Enterprise’ based business established in 2005 to develop and manage the KLDowntown Night Bazaar located at the Velodrome, Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with Kuala Lumpur City Hall. Operating for 10 years until 2016, almost 1000 vendors have benefited consisting of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)
